On referral by Occupational Therapists who have carried out a home assessment to establish your requirements for permanent adaptations, we will help you by:
- Visiting you in your own home to discuss the requirement
- Providing a design service
- Discuss costs and help raise finance
- Obtain quotations from selected contractors
- Help with paperwork and completing forms
- Provide advice & support at all times
